A fruit-forward naturally processed coffee from Finca Fatima in Veracruz, Mexico. Finca Fatima is owned and operated by Ernesto Perez, who also manages APG, a coffee mill and exporter in Veracruz. We met with Ernesto when traveling to Mexico in 2023, but this is the first year we’ve purchased coffee from his farm. Strawberry, red wine, milk chocolate, tamarind. 100% Garnica variety.
