For the second year in a row, we’re offering coffee from Macario Calmo Perez. This year it is offered as a dark roast. Macario is the president of ASODIETT in Todos Santos, a group whose coffee we’ve featured in our Method Espresso for several years. Macario collects this coffee from his own plot later in the harvest, as it is a Pacamara variety at high altitude. Toffee, dried apricot, dark chocolate, and roast. 100% Pacamara.
