An ethyl acetate (sugar cane) decaf coffee we’re thrilled to offer after a long time in the making. We’ve been searching for a single farm decaf for quite some time, and thanks to our friends at Campesino, we’ve found a new relationship with Jorge Zapata. Villa Amparo rests near the town of Jerico in Antioquia, Colombia. Candied orange, cinnamon sugar, apple skin, and cranberry. Dos mil and Castillo varieties.

Washed. Cherry flotation is followed by depulping, a 16 hour fermentation, and sun drying. Decaffeinated in Caldas with Ethyl Acetate derived from local sugar cane.
