Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened merchandise items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) Coffee products are not returnable.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping & Delivery
We can ship to virtually any address in the United States as well as destinations directly served by the United States Postal Service. Orders placed by Sunday at midnight will be custom-roasted within two days and shipped on Tuesday afternoon. We normally ship orders using USPS Priority Mail Regional Boxes or FEDEX OnePaks. Normally, our shipments reach their destination in the continental united States no later than Friday. If you supply us with a valid email address, USPS/FEDEX will send tracking information when the parcel is delivered to their office. Currently, we pay coffee shipping costs for coffee/tea orders that total $37 or more. There is a $9.00 shipping charge assessed in your shopping cart for coffee orders of less than $37 and shipping charges for merchandise & apparel are based on weight .
