Processing occurs at the Cerro San Luis Micromill, which is owned and operated by two siblings Alexander and Magali Delgado and their spouses. El Venado is one of two adjacent farms surrounding the mill. Navel orange, dried berries, vanilla frosting, pomegranate. 100% SL-28 variety.
