| Brasil Rio Brilhante Tropicana: |
A full natural, single farm coffee produced near Coromandel in Minas Gerais by the Urban family. Yellow Catucaí 2SL and Yellow Catuaí 20/15 varieties. |
| Ethiopia Sali Negash: |
A washed process coffee from Sali Negash, a former contributor to the Kennissa Cooperative in Agaro, Ethiopia. 74110 and 74112 Heirloom varieties. |

For our Cold Brew product, coffee should be coarse-ground when used with most cold-brew brewing devices, so this package includes coarse-ground coffee. If you would prefer whole bean, please order the regular Method Blend Espresso available in our Web Store.
