FAQ On Subscriptions
When will my subscription ship?
- All initial subscription packages will ship the first Tuesday following the week the order is placed (Order Week runs from Monday to Sunday.)
- Monthly Subscription subsequent shipments are scheduled for shipment on the first, second, third or fourth Tuesday of each month in accordance with your initial order.
- Every Other Month Subscription subsequent shipments skip the month following your initial order month and are scheduled for shipment on the first, second, third or fourth Tuesday of every other month in accordance with your initial order.
How do I cancel my subscription?
- Gift Package Orders are not cancellable or refundable. We are happy to modify your gift package at least one week prior to shipment to accommodate the gift receiver’s coffee preferences.
- Email susan@onelinecoffee.com at least one week in advance of shipment to cancel a subscription at any time.
How Do I Skip My Upcoming Order?
- Email susan@onelinecoffee.com at least one week in advance of shipment to skip a shipment or pause a subscription at any time. We hope to add a Subscription Management feature to our program in the coming weeks.
I Would Like My Coffee More Frequently – What Do I Do?
- Email susan@onelinecoffee.com at least one week in advance of shipment to change the frequency of subscription shipments. We hope to add a Subscription Management feature to our program in the coming weeks.
I Need My Coffee Ground, Where Can I Request That?
- We recommend grinding just prior to brewing, so whole beans will be shipped unless otherwise indicated in the ORDER COMMENTS field (Shipping Address Screen) during the CHECKOUT process.
How Do I Add On A One-Time Product To My Upcoming Subscription Shipment?
- Email susan@onelinecoffee.com at least one week in advance of shipment to add a one-time product to your subscription. We hope to add a Subscription Management feature to our program in the coming weeks.
How Do I Update My Payment Method? How Do I Update My Shipping Address?
- Email susan@onelinecoffee.com to arrange for an alternative payment option or to change your shipping address at least one week in advance of shipment. We hope to add a Subscription Management feature to our program in the coming weeks.
Can I Use A Gift Card For My Subscription?
- Gift Certificates purchased on the Web Store can be used. Simply enter your Gift Certificate Number after completing your Cart Selections in the Payment Screen field provided. Unfortunately, Gift Cards or Gift Certificates purchased in our Columbus, Ohio retail stores are not able to be used on the Web Site.
