Providing Coffee Equipment Sales And Service For Over A Decade
Our goal is always to get you into the best value equipment possible – machines that meet both your needs and budget. We don’t always recommend the most advanced, expensive equipment, but instead strive to provide you with multiple options and clear explanations about pricing differences and machine capabilities.
Once equipment is selected, we provide all installation services, including calibration, programming, and dial-in. We’re not finished until the equipment works the way it should, and produces exceptional coffee. We also take responsibility for all warranty work for each piece of equipment we install, including same-day service in emergency situations (with additional fees for evening, weekend, and holiday calls) and preventative maintenance, both as needed and via a subscription program.
IIn 2023, we launched our sister company, Ohio Specialty Coffee Equipment, allowing us to expand our sales and service beyond our wholesale customer base. However, we still offer our wholesale customers additional discounts on both equipment pricing, as well as labor rates for repairs.
