This espresso blend contains:
Ethiopia Bekele Belaychow: A naturally processed coffee from a farm/collection station owned by Bekele Belaychow in the Bensa woreda of Sidamo. 74158 heirloom variety.
El Salvador Alvarez Family: A natural process, single farm coffee from the Alvarez Family in Ahuachapan. Primarily Bourbon varieties.
Uganda Ezana: A washed coffee from 300 smallholders contributing to a single washing station in Kidega Village, Uganda. SL-14 and SL-28 cultivars.
Tasting notes: Orange Blossom, Peach, Milk Chocolate, Dried Fruit
For our Cold Brew product, coffee should be coarse-ground when used with most cold-brew brewing devices, so this package includes coarse-ground coffee. If you have a good home coffee grinder, please request WHOLE BEAN at Check-Out in the SPECIAL COMMENTS section.
