Our featured late-summer product bundle includes the Toddycafe Cold Brew System home model which is a non-electrical coffee maker that produces a smooth, rich, delicious liquid concentrate used to make iced, and iced-blended coffee drinks – one cup at a time and at the strength you prefer. We are pairing the brewer with a 4# bag of either our Method Blend Espresso or our Colombia el Progreso-Medium Roast Coffee. A single batch of Cold Brew using 12 ounces of coarse-ground coffee yields 48 ounces of coffee concentrate that will produce 3 gallons of coffee drinks. Unlike hot coffee, we have found pre-grinding leads to better extraction when cold brewing. Since coffee should be pre-ground when using with the Toddycafe Cold Toddy Brewer, this package ships with coffee ground on our commercial grinders in our roasting facility. If you’d still prefer to grind at home prior to brewing, please attach a note to your order and request WHOLE BEAN.
